All content for websites must be G rated for family friendly viewing. Website projects that require viewers to be 18 or older will not be accepted.

I will not accept projects that I find morally questionable, unethical, or distasteful. I reserve the right to deny service to any person, company or entity, without an explanation.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age, or represented by a parent or legal guardian.

All quotes (written or verbal) will be honored for 30 days.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order for projects to begin, the remaining balance will be due within two weeks of project completion. Projects will be released for live viewing when balance is paid in full.

In the event that final payment is not received within the allotted time, an additional $15.00 will be added for each week until payment is received in full.

$35.00 will be added for returned checks. Failure to pay will result in deposit forfeiture, hosting forfeiture, domain forfeiture, and project deletion.

I require that a design stamp with a link to the Classic Net Designs website remain on our client's websites at all times. Should you choose to terminate services and retain the site, the external credit can be removed upon request, but I ask that the internal credits remain. It is my right as the Developer to receive full credit for all designs and coding. Having the internal design stamp on the site will deter others from copying my work and marketing it as their own.

If you wish to remove all design links (internal & external), sites (templates) can be purchased, retiring the template and copyright transferred to the client. Prices start at $750.00.

Copying images, text or design layouts from other sites is strictly prohibited. I ask that you, as the client, only provide text (content) and images that you own or have expressed written permission to use.

Classic Net Designs may use purchased images for designs, these images may not be copied, transferred, sold, or used in any way other than the web design created for the client.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for work to begin. This deposit is paid to 3rd parties for services rendered and covers hours spent on work completed and not completed by the Developer. If you are dissatisfied with the end result product, please send a cancellation of contract notice, all services will be terminated and the final 50% fee waved. NO refunds are offered or implied.

In the event of a cancellation of services, ownership of all artwork, layouts and development remain copyrighted to Classic Net Designs and will not be transferred to the client, unless template is purchased outright.

Classic Net Designs will not negotiate chargebacks with any person, company or entity. Should a chargeback be filed, collection and legal action to recover funds will be pursued.

Classic Net Designs does not guarantee deadlines as each project is unique and so is each customer. I will communicate with you during the entire development of your project and provide you with status updates.

Additional services, revisions to design or development of your site, and delays in providing required information will significantly add to completion time.

Web hosting accounts, Domain hosting accounts and any other account provided by 3rd parties will be opened in clients name. The password will remain in the possession of Classic Net Designs until such time as the services are terminated or account balance is paid in full.

If we are unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least sixty days (60) by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and no refund will be issued.

Classic Net Designs guarantees to you that every website developed will be fully operational and working without bugs or other errors upon delivery to the best of my ability. Please understand that it is impossible to have every aspect of the site fully functional with every browser, screen resolution, ISP or computer make and model.

I will always advise you of and seek permission for changes to your website and notify you of additional charges that may apply before work is completed.

If your site has been edited by anyone other Classic Net Designs, this guarantee is void, and charges for editing the site back to working operation will be applied at my hourly rate.
